30-day return window
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
What can be returned
Because we sell dietary supplements, and for health and safety reasons, products can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging, with all seals and tamper-evident protection intact.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, and we will cover the return shipping in these cases.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@lipidalabs.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether your item qualifies and send you return instructions. Please do not send products back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned or refunded: products with a broken seal or opened packaging, products not in their original condition, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
