These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LIPIDA LABS online store and your purchase of products from us. The store is operated by Refoamed sp. z o.o., Pasaż Ursynowski 11/78, 02-784 Warsaw, Poland. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from our store. Our products are intended for adults. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2.Our products and health disclaimer
We sell dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Product information on our store is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. 3.Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart. A contract is formed when we accept your order, which occurs when we send you an order confirmation or ship your product. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, if there was an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a refund.
4.Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your location and may change at any time. We work to display accurate prices, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Shopify Payments and PayPal); by placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees that may apply, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5.Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses within the regions we serve. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Details of available shipping methods and costs are shown during checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise for consumer purchases.
6.Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before ordering.
7.Intellectual property
All content on our store — including text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks such as LIPIDA LABS, Lipida Daily™, and Lipida Glow™ — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use this content without our prior written permission.
8.Acceptable use
You agree to use our store only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the store, attempt to interfere with its proper operation or security, use it to transmit unlawful or harmful content, or submit false or misleading information.
